This is the home demo of the song "Nuthn 2 Prove", written and recorded for my upcoming full length project: "Dear Ruby" (coming in 2024). This new project will be a distinct departure from the classic 90's hip-hop vibe of my last E.P.
Sonically, "Dear Ruby" is best described as an Adult Contemporary Rap project, that blends the distinct sounds of Modern Country, Acoustic Guitar music, and Hip-Hop. Lyrically, the album is primarily a collection of heartfelt break-up songs sprinkled with a few up-beat tracks that seek to recapture or celebrate the joy that was once shared during the good times of a relationship.
